José Roberto de Castro Neves é advogado, mestre em Direito pela Universidade de Cambridge; doutor em Direito Civil pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); professor de Direito Civil na Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-RJ) e da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ); titular da Cadeira no 26 da Academia Brasileira de Letras; titular da Cadeira no 27 da Academia Brasileira de Letras Jurídicas; sócio do Escritório Ferro, Castro Neves, Daltro & Gomide Advogados. É autor de diversas obras. É casado e tem três filhos.
José Roberto de Castro Neves is an attorney-at-law, holding a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He is a Professor of Civil Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro (FGV-Rio). He occupies Chair No. 26 of the Brazilian Academy of Letters and Chair No. 27 of the Brazilian Academy of Legal Letters. He is a partner at Ferro, Castro Neves, Daltro & Gomide Advogados and the author of several books. He is married and has three children.

Pe. Anderson Antonio Pedroso, S.J., é sacerdote jesuíta, professor e Reitor da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), cargo que exerce após ter atuado como vice-reitor da instituição. Possui sólida formação acadêmica e internacional: é Doutor em História da Arte Contemporânea (com ênfase em Estética Filosófica) e Mestre em Filosofia Estética (Philosophie de l’Art) pela Université Paris-Sorbonne (França), Mestre e Bacharel em Teologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Gregoriana de Roma (Itália) e Licenciado em Filosofia pela Universidade do Sagrado Coração (Bauru/SP). Concluiu também o General Management Program na Harvard Business School.
Atua como docente no Departamento de Artes & Design da PUC-Rio e exerce relevante liderança no ensino superior latino-americano como Presidente da Organização das Universidades Católicas da América Latina e do Caribe (ODUCAL) para o mandato 2025–2028, Vice-Presidente da Associação de Universidades Confiadas à Companhia de Jesus na América Latina (AUSJAL) e Coordenador da Aliança Estratégica das PUCs do Brasil. Integra ainda o Conselho Superior da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ) e o Conselho Consultivo de Educação do Senac RJ, articulando ensino, inovação, cultura e gestão acadêmica.
Fr. Anderson Antonio Pedroso, S.J., is a Jesuit priest, professor, and Rector of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), a position he assumed after serving as the University’s Vice-Rector. He has a strong academic and international background: he holds a Ph.D. in Contemporary Art History, with an emphasis on Philosophical Aesthetics, and a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Art (Philosophie de l’Art) from Université Paris-Sorbonne (France); a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome (Italy); and a Licentiate degree in Philosophy from Universidade do Sagrado Coração in Bauru, São Paulo. He also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He teaches in PUC-Rio’s Department of Arts & Design and holds prominent leadership positions in Latin American higher education. He is President of the Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (ODUCAL) for the 2025–2028 term, Vice-President of the Association of Universities Entrusted to the Society of Jesus in Latin America (AUSJAL), and Coordinator of the Strategic Alliance of Brazil’s Pontifical Catholic Universities. He also serves on the Superior Council of the Rio de Janeiro State Research Support Foundation (FAPERJ) and the Education Advisory Council of Senac RJ, bringing together education, innovation, culture, and academic management.

Vivian de Melo Silveira is an attorney who holds a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo and an LL.M. in Business Law from IBMEC. She has been active in the field of intellectual property for nearly 30 years.
She is currently a Senior Attorney in the Trademark Practice at Kasznar Leonardos Advogados, where she advises on trademark matters and serves as a technical assistant in proceedings involving trademark disputes.
Vivian has been a member of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) since 2000.
