Duda Magalhães é empresário, sócio e presidente da Dream Factory. Atua no setor de entretenimento ao vivo desde 1999 e chegou ao Grupo Artplan (atual Dreamers Group) em 2008 como CEO da Dream Factory Sports.
Em 2010, liderou uma reestruturação societária unificando a marca Dream Factory e reposicionando a estratégia de atuação em eventos proprietários e live marketing.
Desde sua chegada, a empresa realizou projetos como Jornada Mundial da Juventude, TED Global, Maratona do Rio, Carnaval de Rua do Rio de Janeiro, Carnaval de Rua de São Paulo, Árvore do Rio, Encontro Internacional de Reitores Universia, Fórum Mundial da Água, Mano a Mano, Rio Oil & Gas entre outros. Em 2018 transformou a Dream Factory em plataforma de negócios de entretenimento passando de 06 para 20 empresas verticais. É Co Founder da Easy Live.
Foi ele quem coordenou em 2017 o lançamento do Calendário Rio de Janeiro a Janeiro, idealizado por Roberto Medina, e participou em 2018, da fundação APRESENTA, Associação dos Promotores de Eventos do Setor de Entretenimento.
Aos 48 anos, o empresário é casado e pai de três filhos.
Partner and President, Dream Factory, Duda Magalhães is an entrepreneur, Partner, and President of Dream Factory. He has worked in the live entertainment industry since 1999 and joined Grupo Artplan, now Dreamers Group, in 2008 as CEO of Dream Factory Sports.
In 2010, he led a corporate restructuring that unified the Dream Factory brand and repositioned the company’s strategy around owned events and live marketing.
Since his arrival, the company has delivered major projects such as World Youth Day, TEDGlobal, the Rio Marathon, Rio de Janeiro Street Carnival, São Paulo Street Carnival, Árvore do Rio, the Universia International Meeting of University Presidents, the World Water Forum, Mano a Mano, and Rio Oil & Gas, among others.
In 2018, he transformed Dream Factory into an entertainment business platform, expanding it from six to twenty vertical businesses. He is also Co-Founder of Easy Live.
In 2017, he coordinated the launch of the Rio de Janeiro Year-Round Calendar, conceived by Roberto Medina, and, in 2018, took part in the founding of APRESENTA, the Association of Entertainment Sector Event Promoters.
At 48, he is married and the father of three children.

Oskar Metsavaht é médico, artista plástico, designer e empreendedor sustentável. É fundador e diretor criativo da Osklen, influente marca brasileira de lifestyle reconhecida internacionalmente pelo design autoral e pelo pioneirismo em práticas sustentáveis no mercado de moda e luxo. É também idealizador e presidente do Instituto-e, organização sem fins lucrativos focada na promoção do desenvolvimento sustentável, preservação ambiental e engajamento socioambiental. Na esfera das artes visuais, desenvolve projetos conceituais, fotográficos e instalações artísticas em seu estúdio OM.art, no Rio de Janeiro. Sua trajetória transita na interseção entre ciência, arte, inovação e sustentabilidade, sendo convidado frequentemente para ministrar palestras e participar de fóruns globais sobre economia criativa e responsabilidade socioambiental.
Oskar Metsavaht is a physician, visual artist, designer, and sustainable entrepreneur. He is the founder and creative director of Osklen, an influential Brazilian lifestyle brand internationally recognized for its distinctive design and pioneering approach to sustainability in the fashion and luxury markets. He is also the founder and president of Instituto-e, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development, environmental preservation, and social and environmental engagement. Internationally recognized for championing the philosophy that “ethics can be aesthetics,” he was appointed a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for a Culture of Peace and Sustainability. In the visual arts, he develops conceptual projects, photography, and art installations through his OM.art studio in Rio de Janeiro. His career lies at the intersection of science, art, innovation, and sustainability, and he is frequently invited to speak at global forums on the creative economy and social and environmental responsibility.

Clarissa Jaegger é advogada especializada em Propriedade Intelectual, sendo sócia do renomado escritório Montaury Pimenta, Machado & Vieira de Mello. Possui sólida atuação no Comitê Executivo da Associação Brasileira da Propriedade Intelectual (ABPI), onde ocupa a posição de Diretora-Secretária no Conselho Diretor. Com vasta experiência profissional na proteção de bens imateriais, sua prática foca na gestão de carteiras de marcas, patentes, transferência de tecnologia, contratos de licenciamento e contencioso administrativo e judicial perante o INPI e o Poder Judiciário. Representa o escritório em fóruns e simpósios internacionais de propriedade industrial em diversos países. É frequentemente convidada a integrar debates e seminários sobre atualidades regulatórias e tendências do sistema de patentes e sinais distintivos. Seu trabalho é reconhecido em publicações especializadas da advocacia nacional e internacional, como Análise Advocacia e IPLINK ASIA.
Clarissa Jaegger is an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property and a partner at the highly regarded law firm Montaury Pimenta, Machado & Vieira de Mello. She plays an active role on the Executive Committee of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), where she serves as Director-Secretary on the Board of Directors. With extensive experience in the protection of intangible assets, her practice focuses on the management of trademark and patent portfolios, technology transfer, licensing agreements, and administrative and judicial litigation before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) and the courts. She represents the firm at international industrial property forums and symposia in several countries and is frequently invited to participate in debates and seminars on regulatory developments and trends in patent systems and distinctive signs. Her work is recognized by specialized Brazilian and international legal publications, including Análise Advocacia and IPLINK ASIA.
