How to participate

The Global Meeting on Innovation and Intellectual Property has been designed with a modular format, allowing each participant to build their own experience at the event.

Important: Registration in any thematic arena already includes access to the Innovation Hub (exhibition and networking area).

Your badge is personal and non-transferable. Please keep it safe!
In case of loss, a fee of BRL 800.00 will be charged for reissuance.

Cancellation Policy

The Secretariat will only receive registration cancellation requests submitted in writing by July 02, 2026.
The reimbursement will be 50% of the registration fee, payable up to 45 days after the end of the Congress.
Reimbursement requests will not be accepted after July 02, 2026.
